By downloading or using Room Smash, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Room Smash is a mobile physics destruction game offered as a free MVP / closed-testing build. Features may change, be limited, or be withdrawn as the product evolves. The app is provided for entertainment only.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial play. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or misuse the app except as allowed by applicable law.
The current MVP does not require an account and does not offer in-app purchases or ads. If that changes, additional terms may apply and will be disclosed in the Play Store listing and in-app notices.
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy. Please read it.
Do not use the app in a way that harms other users, interferes with our services or Google Play, or violates law. Feedback you send (for example by email) should not include unlawful content or personal data of third parties without permission.
The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NowyDariusz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for the app (if any), which for the free MVP is zero.
Room Smash is not directed at children under 13.
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply where required.
